Kids Cake Decorating Class (Ages 6–11)
Let your child’s creativity shine in this fun and hands-on decorating class led by Filigree Bakery’s cake decorator, Brooke! Designed just for kids ages 6 to 11, this 1.5 to 2-hour session introduces young bakers to the basics of cake decorating in a playful, encouraging environment.

Kids will learn how to use buttercream and piping tips to create colorful designs, swirls, borders, and more. No experience is needed—all tools and supplies are provided.

Each child will decorate and take home their own 6-inch cake!

Class Details:
• Ages: 6–11
• Duration: 1.5–2 hours
• Instructor: Brooke, Filigree Bakery’s cake decorator
• Focus: Fun buttercream piping and decorating techniques for kids
• Includes: All tools, materials, and a 6" cake to take home
• Cost: $100 per child
 → A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure a spot
 → The remaining 50% will be charged at the end of class

Class FAQ & Reminders:
• Dress Code: Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a bit of frosting on. Aprons will be provided.
• Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for safety, as the class takes place in a commercial kitchen.
• Hair: Long hair should be tied back for hygiene and safety during the class.
• Age Recommendation: This class is recommended for participants ages 12 and older.
• Deposit Policy: A $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit is nonrefundable, regardless of cancellation or no-show. The remaining $50 will be charged at the end of class.
• Liability: By enrolling in this class, you acknowledge that Filigree Bakery is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation.
