Parent & Me Cake Decorating Class

Recommended for ages 4–11, with one adult per child. Please note that this class takes place in a commercial kitchen

Get creative together in this fun and hands-on decorating class designed for kids and their grown-ups! , this 1-1.5 hour session introduces beginner-friendly buttercream techniques in a relaxed and playful setting.

Each duo will receive 4 mini cakes, 2 for the child and 2 for the adult, to decorate side by side using colorful buttercream, piping tips, sprinkles, and fun designs. No experience needed! All tools and materials are provided.

Class Details

• Recommended Ages: 4–11 (with one adult per child)
• Duration: 1-1.5 hours
• Focus: Creative buttercream decorating for beginners
• Includes: All tools, materials, and 4 mini cakes
• Cost: $100 per pair (1 adult + 1 child)
 → A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure a spot
 → Remaining 50% will be charged at the end of class

Note: This is a shared experience for one adult and one child. We are not able to accommodate extra adults or children without prior arrangement.

Class FAQ & Reminders:
• Dress Code: Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a bit of frosting on. Aprons will be provided.
• Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for safety, as the class takes place in a commercial kitchen.
• Hair: Long hair should be tied back for hygiene and safety during the class.
• Age Recommendation: This class is recommended for participants ages 12 and older.
• Deposit Policy: A $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit is nonrefundable, regardless of cancellation or no-show. The remaining $50 will be charged at the end of class.
• Liability: By enrolling in this class, you acknowledge that Filigree Bakery is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation.
