Learn to create a stunning buttercream rosette cake in this hands-on decorating class. In this 1.5 to 2-hour session, you’ll learn how to level and torte a shorty cake, prepare smooth buttercream, and pipe beautiful rosettes using a variety of piping tips and techniques. No experience is needed—just bring your creativity! All tools and materials are provided. Each student will decorate and take home their own 6-inch rosette cake.
Class Details:
• Duration: 1.5–2 hours
• Instructor: Brooke, Cake Decorator Filigree Bakery
• Focus: Cake leveling, torting, frosting, and buttercream rosette piping
• Includes: All tools, materials, and a 6" shorty cake to take home
• Skill Level: Perfect for beginners, creatives, and cake lovers
• Cost: $100 per student

→ The remaining 50% will be charged at the end of class
