Learn to create a stunning buttercream rosette cake in this hands-on decorating class. In this 1.5 to 2-hour session, you’ll learn how to level and torte a shorty cake, prepare smooth buttercream, and pipe beautiful rosettes using a variety of piping tips and techniques. No experience is needed—just bring your creativity! All tools and materials are provided. Each student will decorate and take home their own 6-inch rosette cake.

Class Details:
Duration: 1.5–2 hours

Focus: Cake leveling, torting, frosting, and buttercream rosette piping
Includes: All tools, materials, and a 6" shorty cake to take home

Class FAQ & Reminders:
Dress Code: Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a bit of frosting on. Aprons will be provided.
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for safety, as the class takes place in a commercial kitchen.
Hair: Long hair should be tied back for hygiene and safety during the class.
Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit is nonrefundable, regardless of cancellation or no-show. The remaining 50% will be charged at the end of class.
