Over 2 to 2.5 hours, Laura will guide you through each step from mixing and piping, to baking and filling…sharing expert tips to achieve perfect texture and beautiful shells.

No prior experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm! All tools, ingredients, and a batch of macarons to take home are included.

Skill Level: Beginner-friendly
Cost: $125 per student

Class FAQ & Reminders:
Dress Code: Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a bit of frosting on. Aprons will be provided.
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for safety, as the class takes place in a commercial kitchen.
Hair: Long hair should be tied back for hygiene and safety during the class.
Age Recommendation: This class is recommended for participants ages 12 and older.
Deposit Policy: A 50%deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit is nonrefundable, regardless of cancellation or no-show. The remaining 50% will be charged at the end of class.
Liability: By enrolling in this class, you acknowledge that Filigree Bakery is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation.
